Location
The villa is located in the heart of southern Italy, near the city of Ostuni,
where the ancient olive trees shimmer and the fertile red earth provides a paradise on
earth. It is in a gated community called Liberty Residence of the village, Villanova,
which is located equidistant (~50 km) between Bari and Brindisi. The house is just
200 meters away from a

Description
You wake up and go to bed right beside the
Adriatic Sea. From the expansive veranda, one can throw a stone into the water, that
is how close it is. There is no structure or impediment between the house and sea.
The villa is in a small, gated community with access limited to those with rights to be
there. There is a secluded, small beach with small boat ramp right in front of the villa.
This part of the Adriatic flies the European "clean waters" flag. |

| The spacious, furnished 120 mē house (app.
1,250 Sq. Ft.) is full of natural light with a clear view of the sea from the bedrooms and
living room. It has an integral garage and cellar,
one full bath, and one W.C., four bedrooms,
furnished kitchen. There is a large open fireplace for
intimate evenings and for braising fresh fish. There is a flower garden
with greenery and shade trees surrounding the villa. |
