In the photo (top, right) you can see Viale Trastevere and the palace at the left. The apartment is at the raised ground floor. It is bright and quiet, as it does not face Viale Trastevere (which is not noisy anyway) but a communal garden inside the building on one side, and a quiet side street on the other - as you can see also if you look carefully the photos.
The apartment has wooden parquet floor, and also (apart from the
curtains) iron shutters for security reasons (although the quarter, like all Rome, is a
safe place). The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
The master bedroom has queen size bed, bed side tables, a large wardrobe, a fine antique table and set of drawers, chairs, painting. There is also a chandelier and an elegant pull-down curtain. The room faces an internal garden and it is hence very quiet.
The second bedroom, which can be also used as a studio, has two twin beds (one can be removed, as shown in the photo), a sofa bed for two, a bed side table, a wardrobe and a set of drawers. Fine paintings, a carpet and a chandelier can be found. This room, like the sitting room, faces a very quiet side street. The kitchen is ample and has all the modern electrical appliances (washing machine, fridge, macrowave oven, fires, dishes, cutlery etc.). The central command of the autonomous gas-run heating system for both radiators and hot water is here.
The bathroom has a bath tub and is spotless. There is a set of drawers and a built-in hair drier.
