The bright apt. is at the fifth floor with elevator, it is very panoramic with a spectacular aerial view of Rome. Fine furnitures and fittings. There is also a terrace, with plants and flowers, with the same tantalizing view of Rome.

The tutor of the apt. is a fine and friendly lady, and it hosts already a kind French scholar attending her Ph. D. (she speaks French, Italian, English and Spanish).
There are two bathrooms. Autonomous gas heating, washing machine, dishwasher, telephone.

Price: 900,000 It. Lira monthly. It includes the condominium and the water consumption. It does not include the electricity and the gas consumption that will be shared between the three person living in the apartment (a rather modest amount).
Outgoing phone calls are not included and are metered.
