The apt. is 75 sq. Mts. (AP. 700 sq. ft.), and is at the fifth floor with elevator. It is quiet, and very bright.
The bedroom has a double bed that is rented both as a single or double room. In case the guests are not a couple, an extra bed can be put. The room anyhow is not large, and if the guests are not a couple it is recommended only for holiday periods.
From the window there is a nice view of the roofs of the very ancient quarter (Via dei Serpenti, Via del Boschetto).
In the apt. there is a kitchen, a sitting room (with colour tv and hi-fi) that can be used with discretion. And of course there is the bathroom.
The apt. has fine furniture and fittings, and is fully equipped.
Telephone use. Washing machine.
The tutor of the apartment is a kind manager of a theatre (a woman).

During Christmas or Ester holidays the price is slightly higher (to be determined).
Outgoing phone calls are metered.

As in all our holiday rentals, cleaning of the accommodation at arrival and departure is included. Also linen, towels, blankets etc. are provided.

The room can also be rented for short lets or longer periods (not longer than nine months).
Single room: one month only 950,000 It. Lira. More than one month: 940,000 It. Lira
Double bedroom: one month only 1,300,000 It. Lira. More than one month: 1,150,000 It. Lira.
For a rental of one month or more, the agency commission of our company must be added (see: "room booking" in Booking ).
