Trastevere is today probably the most lively of the picturesque quarters of the historical centre.
The apartment is simple yet it gives a homely feeling. It is 80 sq. Mts. (800 sq. ft.) large, it is at the first floor and it is quiet. Two young educated youth (a boy and a girl) live in the apartment, each having a room. The room for rent is spacious, bright and quiet.
There is a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Central heating, washing machine, telephone with unit meter.
The building has a concierge. There many shops around, including a supermarket, an open morning market in the nearby Piazza, and Trastevere's only department store is not far.

Price: 900,000 It. Lira monthly. It includes the condominium, the water consumption and the winter heating fees (a find in Rome, usually it is on top). It does not include the electricity and gas consumption and the phone service fee that will be shared between the three person living in the apartment (a rather modest amount).
The outgoing phone calls are not included and are metered.
