Location

The property is situated in a highly residential resort with mediterranean pine trees and flowers, at the top of a cape with a view of the Ligurian Riviera (Ponente), yet near residential and tourist towns like Alassio and Andora. The residential quarter is 200 mts. above sea level. The weather is beautiful all year round, even in winter you will have the impression of living in spring. In July and August, when it is stifling hot in the rest of Italy, the weather is always pleasant and airy. The area is very quiet and you will be woken only by chirping birds and seagulls. The residential area is only 2 km. far from the sea villages and from the beaches downhill, easily reached by means of a comfortable tree-lined street. Nearby there is a club with two swimming pools (one very large for adults, one for children), 4 tennis courts, bar, restaurant, which you can use (paying a daily or weekly fee). The apartment is 73 sq. mts. (740 sq. ft.) large. It includes a balcony (9 Sq. Mts. - 9.05 Sq. Ft.), fireplace, terrace (only this about 40 sq. Mts. - 410 sq. Ft.) and a small garden (105 sq. mts., 1,050 sqft.) with plants and a pine tree. There is private parking space, and a storage room construction in the garden. The apartment is made of two double bedrooms, a sitting room / dining room with double sofa bed, a very ample kitchenette (separated by means of a wooden sliding door) and a bathroom with bathtub and hand-held shower.

Presentation of the interior

The sitting room includes two sofas (or a very large double sofa bed depending on the persons staying), an armchair, a wooden table, mirrors, paintings. Dining area: it includes a large wooden table for eight, a large wooden cupboard, a wooden set of drawers, perfectly working fireplace, 27 inch. Sony colour TV. The doors are wooden (wallnut), like in all the apartment. The entrance door has also a second glass door, perfectly sealed (storm door), so that the first door can be opened having more light.

The corridor (photo d) is ample, and runs along the entire apartment, from the dining area up to the bathroom at its end. It includes two bookshelves, a trunk, a cupboard, a painting. The floors are made in terracotta tiles, like in all the apartment.

The master bedroom (e, f) includes a large king size bed, with high quality orthopedic mattress (i.e. extremely comfortable, soft at its top, and a bit hard at the base), and quality bed base made with wooden slats. There is a large and high wooden wardrobe, a ample and elegant wooden set of drawers with a large antique mirror on top, two bedside tables, a perfectly working piano with its chair, paintings and lamps. The bedroom includes also a 15 inches Sony colour TV with revolving aerial for fine tuning, and TV recorder incorporated.

The second double bedroom (g, h) includes a double sofa bed with quality bed base and quality mattress, and tasteful furnitures, all wooden: a large wardrobe (not shown in the photos, it can be partly seen reflected in the background of the mirror), a large set of drawers, a desk with its chair, a low table. An armchair, a Persian carpet, paintings and an antique mirror complete the furnitures. The room is endowed with a Kenwood HI-FI set (tuner, double cassette and CD player), with a very large selection of CDs, of different types of music (classical, pop etc.). The CDs can be seen on top of the set of drawers.

The kitchen (i, l) area is separate from the sitting room by means of a wooden sliding door. It is very efficient and remarkably equipped. It includes a very large and new Koerting fridge and freezer, fires, cupboards for dishes, many pots and pans (including steam ones), sink, drying cupboard, two ovens (one with gas, the other electric), electronic scales, electric parmisan cheese grater, minipimer with its accessories, cutting board, toaster etc.

The bathroom (m, n) is ample, and includes the wc, bidet, bathtub and hand-held shower, mirrors, shelves, a brand new top-loading washing machine (behind the door, right photo).
