| This elegant apartment is in a quiet side street
between the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona. It was obtained from a part of
an 18th century building (Collegio Capranica). It is an impeccable and charming two
bedroom apartment 75 sq. meters large (780 sq. ft.). It was recently restored and
refurbished with utmost care, good taste and love for quality by the very attentive and
friendly proprietors. It is quiet and normally bright. |

In the photo above you can see the quiet side street. The palace is the one at the
right. The windows of the apartment are at the first high floor (two on one side and three
on the other side of the corner).

entrance, a find in the historical centre: no neighbors to share with the front
door or the stairs. |

A little stairway introduces to the living quarters of the apartment. The ceiling
vaults are high, and have built-in large, silent ventilators
that generate a nice breeze. The floors of the apartment are all made of fine
marble.

The dining table is for four, but there is also another foldable wooden table for six
(it is at the side of the first table and by the wall in the photo, folded and covered
with a cloth).

It includes a fridge (behind the separating wall, look also the top photo), fires, a
washing machine and dish washer (behind the green curtains), pots, pans, cutlery, cupboard
and shelves (look also the top photo). The large cupboard in the background contains a
complete elegant set of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, table cloths etc. All the equipment
is chosen meticulously by the fine proprietors.
The sleeping quarters
There are two double bedrooms each with own
bathroom (with shower).
The master double bedroom has a king size bed (made of two comfortable
beds which can be separated), and bedside tables with fine lamps. |

There are also a large antique set of drawers, and an ample built-in wardrobe (in white
colour, like the walls) which has also a safe (to store your valuable
belongings).
Fine paintings and chairs complete the
furnitures.

The second double bedroom (photos below) has two twins beds which can
be adjoined to make a double bed.

The room includes also a wardrobe, a set of drawers, a
built-in shelf, paintings, fine lamps. As mentioned, also this room has its own
bathroom (its door can be partly seen in the opposite photo).
The electrical appliances are new, whereas the furniture,
the fittings are antique and very elegant.
The apartment has telephone, colour tv, washing
machine, dish washer, HI-Fi stereo with tuner,
cassette/CD player, AIR CONDITIONING IN SUMMER, large ventilators mounted
in the ceilings for fresh air. In winter there is autonomous, computerised
heating (all the hot water you want all year round). There is an iron
with iron board. The apartment is ideal for four persons, but it can
accommodate up to six. |
